Types of Redemptions
Redemptions on SwayDM are unique to each Vendor and are continuously changing, but for the sake of clarity, we can categorize them into two main types: Offers and Charity Redemptions.
Offers are discounts, cash back on services, and other special offers that you can only find on SwayDM. Some real examples are:
- $5 off on earrings
- $10 off on a $75+ purchase of furniture
- $20 off on a car locating service
- Free nylon bag with the purchase of a bar soap
These Redemptions vary in price and offerings, but all are designed to make your visits more rewarding at their business!
Charity Redemptions allow you to donate your SwayCash to local charitable organizations, helping you positively impact your community. The Vendor offering the Charity Redemption will turn the SwayCash you donate into real cash that then gets donated to the charity once it has hit its fundraising goal!
How to Use Redemptions
Charity Redemptions:
- Hit ‘Redeem’ on the desired Redemption
- Press ‘Confirm’ and your donation will be sent!
Offers Redemptions: (Must be at the business’s location)
- Hit ‘Redeem’ on the desired Redemption
- At checkout, press ‘Confirm’ and show the staff member your confirmation to apply the discount
Please note that some Redemptions are more exclusive and have daily limits or other restrictions, so be mindful before confirming.
