SwayDM for Creators is shutting down operations on 12/31/2023. If you received an email about this change, your account will be deleted on 1/31/20213.
For Creators
- You will no longer receive new paid messages after 12/29/2023.
- You will continue to have access to your account until 1/31/2024. After this date, you will no longer be able to log into SwayDM.
- If you have an earning balance, you need to withdraw these funds before 1/31/2024.
- View your earning balance here.
- If you do not have a linked bank account, you will need to complete the bank account setup first. Instructions should be on the page.
- After successful Withdraw, the funds may take up to 5 business days to show up in your bank account. After 5 days, you can contact support@sway.dm if there are issues.
- If you added funds to your paying balance, the funds will be automatically refunded to your active payment method before 1/31/2024.
- If you want your data to be permanently deleted, follow these instructions.

If you do not have a linked bank account, you must set one up here.
If the bank account shown is incorrect, you must click “Manage Payout Methods”.
For Members

You will only be refunded if you have a positive wallet balance, and you have added a payment method which was used to deposit funds.
